First drawn by hand, then scanned, then placed as art in Illustrator 9.0 where I drew on top of it and colored and placed the shadows all on different layers. The picture is then vector graphic and the size can be changed as much as I want without damaging the quality of the pic. Converted to .jpg in Photoshop 6.0.
